Returns Policy

UK Returns

We offer one free UK return per order. Any returns after that are at the customer's expense. This limit, of course, does not apply on the rare occasion that you receive faulty/misrepresented items.

Returns must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after you initially received the item. We will be able to offer an exchange or refund.

If you would like to return something, please email us on customerservice@eyex.co.uk or call on 08008085786 to let us know what you will be returning (so we know what to expect back). We will then email you a returns label if there isn't already one in the box. Just place the items back in all the packaging they came in, reseal the box and stick the returns label on the outside. Be sure to cover or remove any old labels (particularly the barcodes). Once it's ready, take it to your local post office and they will get it back to us. Easy.

Any items sent back to us must be returned in pristine sale-able condition. Any faulty items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.

Please note, while our returns policy applies to all of our glasses and sunglasses, any prescription lenses which form part of your frames cannot be refunded or exchanged as these are products that are bespoke to you. This includes exchanges of glasses that included free prescription lenses, as usually, new lenses will have to be re-cut for the new frame. In such cases, a discretionary £20 charge will apply.

International Returns

In order to return an item from outside the UK due to change of mind or any other reasons for which Eyex.co.uk is not responsible, please repackage the box and send to Eyex.co.uk, 1st Floor, 5 Century Court, Tolpits Lane, Watford, WD18 9PX. This is done at the customers own expense.

If you are returning the goods as they are faulty or misrepresented, please arrange to send back using the cheapest method and we will reimburse you for those costs (in addition to your refund) once we receive the items. We will require proof of purchase from your chosen courier/postal service in order for you to be reimbursed. If the cheapest cost of postage back to us is more than the equivalent of £25.00, please call us on +442033221652.
